jlph5 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jlph5 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming platforms.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party without proper authorization.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing jlph5 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlph5 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlph5 or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

jlph5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jlph5 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and services on jlph5, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account Limits: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jlph5 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jlph5 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlph5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlph5 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlph5 will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify jlph5 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlph5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): jlph5 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

By using the jlph5 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlph5 games or systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or jlph5.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in jlph5's platform. Any such errors must be reported to jlph5 support immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting known errors may be voided.
• Using the jlph5 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jlph5's software, games, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jlph5 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with jlph5.

jlph5 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these conduct rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jlph5 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlph5 supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to approved banks

Prohibited Payment Methods: jlph5 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jlph5 is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in jlph5's payment policy, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. jlph5 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlph5 account holder.

Player Funds: jlph5 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance is held on your behalf and is not used for jlph5's operational expenses.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlph5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• jlph5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct jlph5 determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Games & Betting Rules

jlph5 offers a range of gaming products including live casino, slots, bingo, rummy, and sports betting. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

Game Integrity: All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on jlph5 are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. jlph5 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jlph5 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. jlph5's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to jlph5's sportsbook rules, including rules on void bets, settlement procedures, and in-play betting restrictions. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

jlph5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlph5 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlph5 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of jlph5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlph5 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jlph5 platform without the prior written consent of jlph5. Any unauthorized use of jlph5's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlph5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlph5 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jlph5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlph5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlph5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the jlph5 platform at your own risk.

10. Suspension & Termination

jlph5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure for cause, jlph5 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through jlph5's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlph5 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jlph5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlph5 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jlph5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jlph5 support.
